Get to the harbor

After leaving the well, you will again find yourself on the surface, but this time there is only one way. Get to the camp and take the torch, which holds one of the dead. Light it up and proceed towards the port. Along the way, you will meet a soldier who will inform the heroes about the arriving guests.

Follow the soldier

The path leads back to the count's estate. Follow the soldier. There are no interactions while traveling.

After the cut-scene depicting the meeting, everything will end, follow the soldier, this time to meet with the count. Follow the Count. His bad intentions will become apparent when you find yourself in a new place outside the door. The Count will push Amicia down the stairs and draw his sword.

Run away from the count

Amicia cannot defeat the Count. You need to back away slowly (tilt the left analog stick down).

As Amicia starts to rise, get ready for section QTE, in which you avoid the graph attack, and this is followed by an escape scene.

You landed in the basement, and the count is still at large. You need to act quickly - jump over the barrels on the left and hide under the table. This action will only succeed if the Count is not present, otherwise he will see you.

After the enemy passes you, get out from under the table and start running. There is only one possible path and you cannot stop while escaping.

Go around the tables and reach the exit from the kitchen. After a figure appears in front of you in the doorway, turn left. At the crossroad shown in the screenshot, select desired corridor (it is lit).

Get to cracks in the wall. Amicia will only successfully cross it if the Count is far away, which is only possible if you didn't stop or chose the wrong path during your escape.

Turn left. The Count will suddenly break down the door in front of you - you must quickly run to the left. Continue your escape and in the next part of the basement, zigzag to avoid obstacles.

Along the way, there are gaps through which you can squeeze to get some distance from the pursuer. you will reach rooms where Amicia will barricade the door, but this, unfortunately, is not the end of the chase.

Find a way out of the basement

In a new area there is a rotating mechanism that, when used, lowers the grate. TO unfortunately, the mechanism generates noise when used, and this attracts the Count. To persist, gradually interact with the mechanism when the Count is away. Repeat this step several times - fortunately, the mechanism will not return to its original position during breaks.

Your task is to avoid the Count for longer periods of time. After dodging, the count begins to search the area. You can hide behind shelves, crawl under tables, or walk through holes.

Once the Count dodges for a while, keep an eye on him and try to interact back with the rotating mechanism. Interact with him.

It will probably take you 3 attempts to fully unlock the gate. In case of success side passage opens - use it. Turn right and go to the door on the left. You managed to evade the pursuers once again.

Escape from the Count - continued

Follow the corridor to get to exit from the basement.

As you come to the surface new slow motion scenes are waiting for youand you need to press the right buttons at the right time. Amicia will end up losing to the Count, but this is a plot event.

Find Amicia

For the first time in the game you take control of Hugo. You will start in the boy's bedroom - follow the linear path to explore the count's estate. Finally, Hugo will reach the same place where Amicia had previously fought the Count.

Bring Hugo to the end

You must use Hugo's rat power to kill soldiers approaching your position.. Aim at each enemy and press the button to give the rat an attack command (R2/RT on consoles).
