PlayStation is giving away a whole bunch of PS5s to dedicated fans with the launch of "Treat Codes" - and it's incredibly easy to get involved once you know the right codes.

PlayStation 5 consoles are still notoriously hard to find despite having launched in November 2020, with a few novice gamers still unable to purchase them from retailers.
Defined as "a competition that puts you and other gamers at the center of a global code hunt," PlayStation will be releasing 14 codes around the world for players with prehensile fingers to be among the first to find them, enter for a chance to win a free PS5.
Here's all the information you need to know about Treat Codes PS5, including when the promotion is available and the codes found.
PS5 Treat Codes Dates
PS5 Treat Codes campaign kicked off with first code released aired on Tuesday, February 15. Codes will be released daily until 14 are released, with the last one being released on Monday, February 28.
However, the campaign does not end on February 28th. Encouraging winners will have the opportunity to enter as many codes as they can find until 10am PT (13:00 EST / 6pm GMT) on Monday, March 7th.
How to get a PS5 for free by participating in the Treat Codes event?
Signing in to win one of the nine available PS5s isn't as easy as just entering a code on the PlayStation website (although it's not far off).
Here's what you need to do:
- Go to PS5 Treatment Codes page.
- Click on one of the "Enter Code" prompts.
- Sign up with your PlayStation Online ID.
- Accept the terms set out in official rulesto be able to enter codes.
Verified PS5 Treatment Codes and Input Methods
Processing codes will be presented as combinations of PlayStation buttons.
A series of 14 unique codes reminiscent of cheats from the past, entered on PlayStation or Gega controllers, will appear online, on social media channels and in unexpected places around the world, such as high-profile events related to sports, games, movies and music. Each code will grant you the opportunity to enter and win a PS5 console, which means that each code search will give you 14 opportunities to enter the contest.
After you enter the code, you will need to answer the question from which you will be entered into the draw.

You will see a crown symbol next to each "quest" you have completed to confirm that your application has been submitted.
Please be aware that the answers are community estimates and there is no definitive answer. You can win if your answer is one of the closest correct ones.
How to enter Treat Codes?
- Go to the official link PlayStation 5 Treat Codes.
- Click the button Enter the code.
- Sign in with your PSN account details. Enter your PS online account ID and accept the terms and conditions. Make sure you read the official rules detailed on the page.
- If the code is correct, you unlock the question you need to answer.
- To check, has your application been submitted, check if you have a crown symbol next to each completed task.
- You can stay up to date with PS5 Treat Codes on social channels with the hashtag #PS5TREATCODES.
- Codes will be released from February 15, 2022 to February 28, 2022. You can use them for participation in the Treat Codes promotion until March 7, 2022.
- Remember that you can only submit one entry per code you find. So you can have a maximum of 14 entries in total.
