The CW's Gotham Knights gets a new trailer ahead of its March premiere

The CW is releasing a new official trailer for the upcoming DC Gotham Knights series, which takes place after Batman's death.
Action Gotham Knights trailer takes place in Gotham City after the death of Bruce Wayne/Batman and centers on a group of young heroes being framed for his murder, led by the Dark Knight's adopted son. Another notable figure in the trailer is Harvey Dent, the man destined to become Two-Face, played by supernatural Misha Collins. Gotham Knights Premiere will take place two months later on Tuesday, March 14.
The bat family begins
Created by Natalie Abrams, James Stothero and Chad Faivesh, "Gotham Knights" starred as Bruce Wayne's son, Turner Hayes, who turns out to be wrongfully accused of Bruce's murder, though he's not the only one. Turner was framed for the crime along with Duela Dent (Olivia Rose Keegan), the Joker's daughter; Harper Row (Fallon Smythe), a.k.a. Bluebird; and Cullen Rowe (Tyler DiChiara), Harper's brother. They form an unlikely alliance and become fugitives in their quest to find out who really killed Batman, even joining forces with the deceased hero's sidekick, Carrie Kelly (Navia Robinson), whom DC fans will know as the version of Robin featured in "Batman: The Dark Knight Returns" Frank Miller.
In addition to Morgan, Keegan, Smythe, DiChiara, Robinson and Collins, in Gotham Knights there is Anna Lohr as Stephanie Brown / Spoiler (Cluemaster's daughter) and Rahart Adams as Brody. The show's pilot began production in April 2022. The Season 1 trailer was released the following month, supposedly consisting solely of footage from said pilot. This particular trailer has since been removed from The CW's official accounts, although it is still available to view elsewhere. Gotham Knights duly entered production in September 2022 before eventually being scheduled to premiere in March 2023.
Gotham Knights from The CW should not be confused with the recent WB Games Montréal video game of the same name, which launched in October 2022. The game follows a very similar premise as the show, following a group of heroes who must rise to the occasion and protect Gotham after Batman is killed. However, the game follows the more recognizable Bat-Family members Dick Grayson/Nightwing, Barbara Gordon/Batgirl, Tim Drake/Robin, and Jason Todd/Red Hood. The show, meanwhile, focuses on more obscure DC characters (like Duela Dent) as well as brand new characters created specifically for the show (like Turner Hayes).
Gotham Knights Premiere will take place March 14 on The CW.
