All Hyper Scape Hacks and How to Use Them

The beta version of Hyper Scape is under development and hacks greatly affect how a battle royale is won and lost, here's everything you need to know about the various abilities.

On July 2, after much speculation, Ubisoft unveiled its Hyper Scape battle royale to the world as streamers began showing off gameplay and discussing their thoughts on the game.

While the formula is pretty much the same - stand up, find loot, rack up kills, and be last in line - there are some notable differences in Hyper Scape compared to, say, Apex Legends, Fortnite, or Call of Duty: Warzone.

Some may say that the biggest will be Khaki. These are abilities that are scattered around the map and can be used to give you an advantage over enemies or the ability to escape when you revive a teammate.

All Abilities (Hacks) in Hyper Scape

Like a weapon, to get these hacks you just have to walk up to them and press the interact button. Your echo will then capture it and add it to inventory.

At the time of the launch of the technical test, there are nine abilities - from invisibility to healing, from turning yourself into a ball to the ability to build a wall.

Each ability has a different amount of time they last, as well as a cooldown period. However, by improving your hacks throughout the game, you will be able to cool down these abilities faster, which means you can use them again.

♦Armor - When activated, damage taken will be reduced, and you cannot shoot, advertise, or use any other abilities while Armor is active.
♦Sphere - Turn yourself into a bouncing ball. It can be broken by enemy attacks.
♦Treatment - heal yourself and teammates in a given area
♦Invisibility - Hide yourself to become invisible and sneak around the map. Shooting will break invisibility and enemies will receive a beep when activated.
♦Mina - Place a mine, and when the enemies are within range, it will attack them and explode.
♦Detection - send a ping from the nearby area. Any detected enemies will be visible, although they will have a warning.
♦ Ground Slam - Jump into the air and crash down with incredible force. Can also be used to stay high in the sky to fire at enemies.
♦Teleport — takes you in the blink of an eye to a distant point.
♦Wall - Build a wall in the given direction to provide cover. Can also be placed in the air.

At the time of writing, the game is in technical testing and Ubisoft will be tweaking things ahead of launch. This means that cooldowns and durations for abilities can change if they are considered too strong.
