Hu Tao is one of several characters rumored to appear on the replay banner in Genshin Impact 3.4. Before diving into the smallest details, it is important to mention that none of the following leaks have been 100% confirmed. While they come from a credible whistleblower, it's still worth being skeptical until more evidence emerges.

So far, no specific order of the banners has been specified. Similarly, some details are still missing regarding other potential 5-star character banners. Please note that everything posted above is also subject to change.
Rumors of other Genshin Impact 3.4 banners
There are many speculations and unconfirmed leaks about other 5-star characters such as Ye Lan, Shen He and Xiao receiving banners in Genshin Impact 3.4. However, there are also rumors about Al Khaitem and Hu Tao and there can't be five 5 star banners as the maximum is now four.
Travelers are likely to get more authentic leaks once the Genshin Impact 3.4 beta launches. Until then, it's mostly just rumors. Just for reference, each of the 5-star characters listed in the above tweet hasn't had a banner since:
