The First Biomarker challenge has three puzzles that you will need to solve in order to learn the secure code, and this guide will help you figure out all three quests from Dr. Katsumi's note.

How to start the "First Biomarker" side mission. Where is MacGregor located?
You can activate the quest right after the game prompts you to explore the open world. To do this, it is necessary to find the VGM scientist, who, according to him, is the creator of the first biomarker. It is located next to the shop between the Trinity and Houndfield territories.
During the conversation, the man will talk about the first biomarker, which not only suppressed the virus in the blood, but also enhanced some of the body's abilities. Now this biomarker is hidden in the safe of Dr. Katsumi, the former head of the VGM. Her office is located on the middle level in St. Joseph's Hospital, which is not the safest place in the city. You have already been to this hospital before, so getting to it will not be difficult.
How to get the code to the safe and improve the biomarker. Where to find the office of the director of VGM
At a small level of character pumping, the only way to get into the building is through the bus in the wall. Climb to the third floor and find a broken window with which you can climb into the office.

But it's really just a play on words, and the answer is seven (7), because when we remove the "I", the word "seven" remains.
- Riddle No3 “The girl goes to the store and buys a dozen eggs. On the way home, she breaks all but three of the eggs. How many eggs are left?
This is the simplest question, the sheer straightforwardness can confuse some players and force them to rethink the puzzle. But no, the answer is simple, and it is already given in the riddle - "all but three eggs break" - which means that the final digit is three (3)

When you open the safe, you will find the same "first biomarker" that will temporarily increase your character's performance. In any case, the biomarker must be taken to McGregor and receive a well-deserved reward.
