How to Pass the #15minutes4me TikTok Viral Test
With the onset of Halloween, TikTok trends have changed in November, with users taking the "#15minutes4me" mental health test and sharing their individual results.
TikTok is always full of weird trends, quirky dances, and funny content, but now it seems like users are trying to spread the word and have a more positive discussion about mental health issues.
In recent years, mental health conversations have expanded tenfold, and those who suffer can be much more open about their problems and about the general understanding of the problem developing in the right direction.
This can be partly explained by the rise of social media. While many may associate social media with mental health issues, especially with the rise of cyberbullying and exposure to so many different things online, it has also helped generate a lot more discussion than ever before, helping to normalize mental health issues and allowing people to seek help.
TikTok is no different: creators share information about themselves with their followers and open up a platform for such conversations, and this has only been reinforced by the new test #15minutes4me, which has become very popular on the platform.
However, the 15-minute test is actually not available on TikTok itself. Here's what you need to do to take the quiz - which shows a scale for stress, anxiety, and depression - and share it with your friends and TikTok followers:
- ➤Let's go 15minutes4me.com in your browser.
- ➤Click Free Test.
- ➤ Answer 26 questions about how you may or may not have felt in the past week, with multiple options so you can choose the one that best describes how you feel.
- ➤You will be given three scales, as in the screenshot below, roughly showing how depressed, anxious and stressed you are.
- ➤If you want to share it on TikTok, just take your screenshot and post it on the app.
That's really all there is to it. It's worth noting that this is in no way an official diagnosis of any mental health issues and should not be considered a substitute for visiting a doctor, especially if you feel like you're suffering from any of the above problems.
The #15minutes4me hashtag on TikTok has already amassed over 1,2 million views, with people sharing their results and discussing with others, lending a helping hand or who to talk to to help each other.
If you really think you're suffering from any kind of mental health issue, you should definitely try to talk to someone, whether it's a friend, partner, family, or doctor, but this quiz can be a good start to better explain how you you feel like people who may not understand what is happening to you.
