Ivleeva undergoes searches and tax audit after holding a naked party
The Federal Tax Service of Russia began conducting an on-site tax audit of blogger Nastya Ivleeva on December 26, and now she faces criminal charges. Thanks to the prompt response of the Russian police, the tax service began an investigation into the organization of a scandalous naked party during its own show.
The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, notes that blogger Ivleeva could face up to five years in prison under Part 2 of Article 199 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, related to tax evasion on a particularly large scale.
The tax service showed interest in Ivleeva’s business back in the spring, starting an audit of the Ivleeva Production company, which the blogger transferred to her friend in April. Media reported that questions then arose about the firm's tax obligations, given its revenue of 122 million rubles and official profit of 52 million rubles, while paying only 6 million rubles in taxes.
Also subject to tax audit is the company "Knees of the Bee", owned by Ivleeva and engaged in the production of chips and soda. The company's revenue for 2022 amounted to 445 million rubles, but paid taxes in the amount of 23 million rubles.
In addition, a company called Blesk, owned by a blogger, found itself in the center of tax attention. Data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities was found unreliable, and according to the latest information, the tax service did not find the company at the specified legal address, and the company’s accounts were frozen.
According to information from Mash, Ivleeva’s offices were also searched. All these events occurred after a naked party, which caused public outrage and attracted the attention of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption (FPBC), which proposed checking the blogger for tax evasion.
