Unlike the other Pumpkin Head enemies you'll encounter throughout the game, this particular boss is a Pumpkinhead Madman. While it may only be marginally stronger than its regular counterparts, this beast can get on your nerves if you're not careful.

The pumpkin head is incredibly slow and has well telegraphed attacks that are very easy to dodge once you learn the pattern. Just wait for him to land one of his punches on the neck or head and then dash towards him to land some quick counters.
