Talk to Atsuko
This world quest must be picked up from Atsuko, who is wandering around the Li Yue Harbor Pier at the location shown in the image below:

Go to Inazuma. Personally, I used the Byakkko Plain teleporter:

All you have to do is follow the marker to the house where Atsuko's parents are standing next to.
Give me a letter! The parents are at a loss that their daughter has left Inazuma and they are sure that she has gone on business and will return soon. As a result, they will ask you to come back tomorrow night when their daughter returns to find out what's wrong.

Talk to Atsuko's parents one more time
