Hiromi's Watch is a Genshin Impact world quest guide added with the 2.0 update. This quest is located in Inazuma, a new electro region.
This quest is taken from Narukami Island in Inazuma on the shore as shown in the image below. Officer Hiromi is wandering around there and has a problem:
