What to do if the elevator freezes in the task Bug in the system in Atomic Heart (menu debug)

Pirate users Atomic Heart there are difficulties in completing the task Bug in the system. According to the story, you need to find Petrov in the Sechenov Research Center, but after entering the elevator after the cut-scene, he does not go and the game does not progress.

In this guide, we will tell you how to deal with this bug and continue through the Atomic Heart.

Note: The scheme only works for owners of the version of the game with the Debug Menu

Method 1: Long

From the elevator enter the Debug Menu and select the function teleport forward. You will find yourself on the back of the elevator in a room. Now approach the large door indicated in the screenshot below:

Here again use the command teleport forwardby calling the debug menu with Backspec and you will find yourself in the previous location.

Next, go upstairs to the Chelomey floor and go through the door that previously led to Beluga and Icarus.

Make your way all the way right to the exit to the fresh air and already there, through the Debug menu, accept the quest Bug in the system. Indeed, a bug is a bug!

Method 1: Fast, but not always working

  1. Reset the current job with the command "Complete Quests«.
  2. Select the task Bug in the system by command "Get Quest«.
  3. Leave the developers menu and wait a while, if nothing changes, then continue this algorithm.
  4. Teleport with the command "Teleport To» without entering specific coordinates.
  5. While falling through textures, activate the "God Mode«.
  6. Exit the dev panel and aim at the quest marker.
  7. Use command "Teleport To (Rel)» with coordinates 250000 in X and 30000 in Y.
  8. Return to the game and come close to the front door of the building, which is indicated in the screenshot.
  9. Get into the building on command "teleport forward«.
  10. Walk down the corridor to the first room on the left, with the radio on the table, which will activate the trigger and broadcast Petrov's message.
  11. Again use the commandComplete Quests» from the developers menu.
  12. Take the questShow must go on" by using "Get Quest«.
  13. Stand close to the door through which you entered the building and press "teleport forward«.
  14. Get to the point indicated in the screenshot, either by teleportation, or by car.
  15. As soon as you approach the round arena, a cut-scene will start, after which the battle with the boss will begin, which means that bug was fixed.
  16. If suddenly the boss did not appear, then just look for the stairs and follow down, where you can continue the task.

If a similar bug occurred on the regular version of Atomic Heart, in which no Debug Menu, then try restarting the game and loading one of the previous saves.
