World of Warcraft®: Burning Crusade Classic: Release Date, Beta, Update

Blizzard is building on the WoW Shadowlands dynamic with the upcoming release of World of Warcraft's Burning Crusade for its classic counterpart. Here's everything you need to know, from the global release date to the beta.
Earlier this week, the launch of Burning Crusade Classic was leaked ahead of the company's announcement. But just two days later, Blizzard is giving WoW players full details on when they can return to Outland, with a date before the patch release, the ability to take part in the beta, and more.
With the Burning Crusade Classic pre-patch, players will have the option to move to expansion servers or save a clone in the new Classic Era worlds. More on this below.

Beyond the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands lies a realm ravaged by the machinations of the Burning Legion: Outland, the once-beautiful homeland of the orcs of Draenor. Unravel its mysteries as you begin from June 1, when Burning Crusade Classic™ releases worldwide .
However, before that, each hero must make a choice. Beginning with 18 May , after each regional scheduled maintenance, will be released patch before the Burning Crusade Classic expansion , and each character must choose whether to advance further in Burning Crusade, move to the Classic Era world, or use a character cloning service to play both games. Heroes who choose to cross the Dark Portal will find themselves in the Hellfire Peninsula, an aptly named barren wasteland where fel orcs and vicious demons roam freely. The established outposts of Thrallmar (for the Horde) and Honor Hold (for the Alliance) are unable to contain this endless tide of darkness on their own. You have to fight for this destroyed world in order to rid it of evil. . . or watch its demonic inhabitants devour everything you hold dear.

Burning Crusade Classic Beta
Anyone who wants to get into the action a little earlier can try their luck and get into the WoW Burning Crusade Classic beta by simply visiting the game's website.
It's not a guarantee that you'll get access, but at least you have a chance to get into Outland before Blizzard opens the gate to the live servers.
