Odyssey introduced romance options for its main characters Kassandra and Alexios for the first time, allowing them to quickly form relationships with the locals or more subtle relationships with quest givers. In Valhalla, Eivor can also find himself in all sorts of romantic situations in his quest to wrest control of the British Isles. So, when you're tired of beheading Saxons, here's how to find romance in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

How to Find Love in the XNUMXnd Century in Assassin's Creed Valhalla

Romance is often as complex as it is exciting. But in Assassin's Creed Valhalla it's mostly about right-clicking and dimming the screen for a few seconds. 

Most of the NPCs who are romantically inclined can be immediately noticed by their attitude towards Eivor. Many characters will openly flirt with Eivor, but you can also see a softer approach from these shy Brits. 

Once you've spotted a potential love interest, all you have to do is respond in kind (assuming you want to). Specifically, you're looking for a clue with a heart in brackets next to it, which will start romance. Flirting can end in seconds or stretch over a series of quests. Keep in mind that it may take a few flirtatious objections before you get access to the romantic clue. If you treat NPCs coldly, they may give up their desires.

Petra

Demand: Build a hunter's hut in your settlement.

Once you've built your nest in England, you'll be tasked with finding supplies to build buildings that will serve Eivor's cabal. If you open the Hunting Lodge, you can talk to Petra about hunting legendary animals, but this will also open up a number of side quests. Go through them all, and you will get the opportunity to get to know her. The romance begins with her taking you on a date with an archery competition where you'll shoot arrows at targets. It's unclear if you'll get any benefit from letting her win or not, so tread carefully.

Broder

Demand: liberate East Anglia

During the East Anglia quest line, you will encounter Brodeur and Brothir, two diabolical drengrs that you will fight in a fistfight. In the end, you will make friends with this duo by attending the wedding of the newly-minted King Oswald and his bride Valdis. 

During the festivities, if you approach the marker at the banquet table, you will see Brodeur, who will offer you a little tickle during the wedding. Say "yes" when he asks and you'll get it right in no time with the famous fade to black. Afterwards, you can call him Broder or Brothier, depending on whether you want to hurt his pride or not.

Randvi

Premise: Complete three oaths on the Alliance Map.

Randvi is Eivor's confidant and herald of the Alliance Card in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Here, she will allow the player to swear in certain regions of England, launching long raids in which the Vikings take control of the British Isles. 

After you complete three of these quests, you will be prompted to ask Randvi to take a break from the alliance card right at the war table, leading to a potential romance. The first of these missions is called Taken on Faith, in which you and Randvi go on a journey outside the settlement. Follow this questline to unlock Randvi's romance. 

Beal

A woman named Beal is at a frozen pond in Norway. She wants you to find her precious comb that has fallen into the water. Use the Vision of Odin to track the location of the treasure, then dive after it and get out as soon as possible, otherwise you will take damage from hypothermia. Return Bil her comb, and then go with her to a secluded place with a fire and a bottle of wine.

Stowe

You can flirt with Stowe. During a conversation with this plot character, there will even be a “heart”. However, in reality, he is in love with Erke.

Stiger

Fluting is an unusual version of a rap battle. And you can compete with different Norwegian and English rhymes. The Stiger from Snotinghamshire, after Eivor's victory, will be so amazed by his intelligence that he will offer to retire somewhere.

Teudur

The future ealdorman of Gloucester, Teudur wants to get drunk and have a wild night with Eivor before he has to take on heavy duties. When you go on a party, you will have a choice: end the evening with a romance or say that you are just friends.

Wili

Willie Hemmingson is the son of the great Jarl of Snotinghamshire. Toward the end of this region's storyline, you'll find yourself around a campfire with him and get the chance to answer Wily's question about whether a childhood friendship can grow into something more. If you say no, it will abruptly disappear. But all the same, in the future it will be possible to invite him to your settlement as a Jomsviking.

Gunlodr

You need to visit Asgard twice. According to the plot of the game, you will find Thor's wedding crown. To start an affair with Ganlodrome, you need to give him this crown.
