The network showed a cinematic trailer for God of War Ragnarok – the game will be released on November 9
A short 30-second video was released on the official PlayStation channel for God Of War Ragnarok, in which Kratos, along with his son Atreus, fight against hordes of enemies - first on a mountainside, and then in a gloomy forest. But most importantly, the video revealed the release date.
Insiders' predictions came true - the brutal adventure action game will be released on PlayStation consoles in November, specifically on the 9th. You can pre-order on July 15th.
The sequel takes place a few years after the end of God of War (2018). Kratos and his grown-up son are waiting for a dangerous adventure through the territory of ancient Norway. Some believe that the game will not be a full-fledged sequel, but rather a big add-on in the vein of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
Also, one insider suggested that God of War Ragnarok could be the last major release from Sony's internal studios for PS4.
