This time around, leaks have confirmed a third replay of the Shogun Raiden banner, Serenity Reign, in an upcoming patch. In addition, sources have also revealed that the re-banner of Shogun Raiden will be shown in the second phase of update 3.3.
Those who are aware of Genshin Impact's drip marketing strategies may know that new 5-star characters usually end up in Phase I banners, so the debut banner Wanderer will be available right from the start of Update 3.3 along with a 5-star re-banner at a later date. HoYoverse tends to launch new characters in the first half of every patch. Therefore, fans should prepare accordingly for the debut of Scaramucci and Faruzan in the Phase I banners of the upcoming update.
Every day, the community gets more and more information about upcoming character reruns. Based on information from reliable sources, it has been confirmed that Shogun Raiden will return in the second half of the 3.3 character banners. This will be her second iteration and will complete the Archon streak started by Zhong Li in Update 3.0.
Currently only one 4-star character named Faruzan has been confirmed to appear in character event banners. Players will have to wait until the end of patch 3.2 to get any concrete information on any other 4-star banner characters.
Other potential character reruns in Genshin Impact 3.3

By the time Update 3.3 is released, Eola will be exactly one year out of the banner schedule, making her a much more likely candidate for a rerun.
