STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl is a sequel to the popularly loved first-person shooter in development, a sandbox game set in the post-apocalyptic world of Chernobyl. Players can finally wander through a large, open, seamless world containing iconic elements from the original trilogy such as the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the city of Pripyat, the Novichkov village, as well as secret objects such as the Duga radar antenna.

At the PC Gaming Show 2023 presentation, GSC Game World suddenly presented a new video for the open world shooter - STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The video includes cut scenes showing various characters in the game engine, as well as brief fragments of gameplay.
The official release of the game is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024, and it will be available to play on PC and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
