Developer Abandoned Denied Connection With Hideo Kojima And Silent Hill
The developer of the game Abandoned recorded a video message in which he denied the connection with Kojima
Amsterdam, 22 June. The head of the Dutch studio Blue Box Game Studios, Hassan Kahraman, who is developing the game Abandoned, recorded a video message in which he denied any connection with Silent Hill or Hideo Kojima.
Immediately after the announcement of Abandoned, there was a theory among netizens that the game was part of a promotional campaign for the new Silent Hill, developed by Hideo Kojima. It also seemed strange to gamers that an unknown company, Blue Box Game, was supported by seven third-party studios at once.
In the released video, Kahraman confirmed that he is a real person, not an actor, and promised to broadcast soon with all the answers to questions about Abandoned. Fans were still skeptical about it. Previously, they noticed that the official account of Kojima Productions liked Blue Box Game Studios, and after a while removed it.
