Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Goes Free for a Time on Steam
The free weekend of the popular battle royale has started on Steam Playerunknown's Battlegrounds.
Access to the action will be open for four days.
PUBG Corporation announced the start of the free weekend, which will end on June 8 at 20:00 Moscow time. The developers also launched a sale with a 50% discount. Now the battle royale costs 474 ₽.
Players who have installed PUBG for free will not be able to use the in-game store. There are no additional restrictions, so all gamers, regardless of version, can play together. All experience, rewards and points earned in the game will be saved until the next launch.
Update 7.2 was released for PUBG last week. In addition to rebalancing weapons, the update added a rating mode. Players will earn rewards as they grow in skill, and the top 500 will receive especially valuable prizes.
