Seirai Stormchasers: Part III: How to start the quest
You must complete the mission to start this quest. Stormchasers Seirai I, in which you seal the first of the stones. After that, the quest Seirai's Stormchasers II will automatically be added to your list of quests.
How to complete the quest “Seirai Stormchasers II”
You will have to move with your legs if you have not opened all the teleports on the island yet. Since the area is electrified and drains your HP slowly, I would recommend using a healer while following the designated area on your map. Personally, I calmly reached Barbara, periodically using her E-shku.
So, head ahead and seal the locking stone! We go to the Amakumo Peak area and to the marker marked with a yellow circle. Approaching it, you will encounter enemies, including two Nobushi and one Kairagi: Thunder Ascension. It is recommended to prepare your team for battle in order to avoid unexpected death. Pay attention to Kairagi's powerful attacks and deal with enemies.
After defeating all the enemies, touch the two paper ribbons on one side of the shore. It remains only to find the third tape.
There are three path options with elemental traces and mini-map marks: on foot, through the air with a couple of Electro Granums, or with the help of a Phase Gate. To simply run to the location, head north from the "lockstone" to the Electrogranum, then climb up the mountain in the same direction. Go down to the other side and cross a small body of water.
Climb up the slope on the small island and use the Phase Gate to reach the third paper strip. You can also use the Traveler's Geo constructs or the skills of Kazuha, the Wanderer, or other heroes.
Return to the starting place at the teleport point and interact with the stone.
Locking Stone Puzzle Solution:
Rotate the top of the locking stone three times. If you've already turned it before, make sure the ribbons on the ropes light up in the right number of segments on each side. A short video will then play showing the storm area shrinking. This is followed by a short dialogue about the two remaining "locking stones", the storm and the adventurers Taisuke and Eiko. Thus, the quest will be completed.
