According to the latest leaks, Optimus Prime, the leader of the Autobots, may soon be coming to the popular Fortnite game due to the release of the new part of the Transformers movie. At the moment, details about the upcoming season Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 hasn't been revealed, but that hasn't stopped a lot of rumors and leaks.
According to one of the leaks, the new season could start with a tropical biome, possibly with a desert atmosphere. Another leak has surfaced recently, pointing to a major event coming soon to Fortnite Island.
Reddit user Ambushments posted a screenshot of a loading screen of Optimus Prime. This is likely hinting at an upcoming event related to the Transformers franchise. This makes sense, given that Fortnite often collaborates with various media franchises, and the new Transformers: Rise of the Beasts movie hits theaters on June 9, the same time that the game's third season is expected to launch.
Twitter user and insider HYPEX also shared the information, claiming that players can expect Summer Meowscles and Mechanic skins to appear in the new season. Also reported is the introduction of a racing mode, grinding rails, and a new Mythic Drum Shotgun.
According to the latest leaks, the developers of Fortnite will also be adding new weapons to the game, including helicopters with launchers that fire every 2 seconds and deal 35 damage, as well as a lever pistol and an epic/legendary heat bolt sniper capable of dealing significant damage.
It is important to note that all of these information leaks require additional confirmation, however, the picture of Fortnite x Optimus Prime published by Ambushments seems to be quite convincing proof. Official details on the upcoming season are expected soon as the current second season comes to an end in early June.
