League of Legends Update 12.23b: Lux buff, Zed, Hecarim nerfs…
League of Legends patch 12.23b is on the way - and it really is the final update of 2022. As the holidays approach, Riot is trying to patch up the meta by targeting tanks as junglers with a handful of nerfs.
Riot is about to head into the holidays, but they have a gift for League of Legends players. LoL update 12.23b comes with several balance changes to improve the pre-season experience while taking hits on some of the game's biggest issues.
At the top of the list are tanks and their power in the woods. Items, including the fearsome Jak'Sho the Many Faced, and a number of champions are nervous. Lovely pets of the forest are also not spared. In terms of buffs, there aren't many, unless Lux gets a few buffs.
When will the LoL 12.23b patch arrive?
Riot has confirmed that League of Legends patch 12.23b will be released on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
Unlike their full release counterparts, letter patches are usually discarded when all changes are ready to ship without any timetable.
