New Bocek Bow Apex Legends: Damage, Ammo, Mods

Respawn Entertainment has unveiled their new weapon for Apex Legends Season 9, and after a lot of speculation, we'll finally be able to get our hands on the Bozek bow in the Legacy Update.
With each new season of Apex Legends, Respawn Entertainment adds a new legend and tons of other content to their popular battle royale. Usually this includes new weapons.
Only two seasons, the fifth and seventh seasons of Apex, didn't give players new weapons, and rumors suggested that the ninth season would also follow suit.
However, Respawn has now confirmed that the new season, known as Legacy, will bring a new weapon to Apex Games that we've been hearing about for quite some time now - the bow.

That's right, long awaited a compound bow that leaked a few seasons ago , is finally coming to Apex. It is not actually called a compound bow, as its in-game name is the Bocek bow.
“A powerful and deadly weapon for those who know how to wield it. You are capable of dealing massive damage at medium range, so you need to consider every shot.”
The description is no joke. The bow can be equipped with any optic, with the exception of the sniper one, and is able to equip two new attachments at the same time, which makes it more dangerous.

However, it doesn't end there. The bow can also be equipped with Shatter Caps and Deadeye's Tempo Hop-up for extra damage.
- Sniper's Pace: Shooting at the right moment increases your rate of fire.
- Shatter Caps: When fired, the ammo shatters in an explosion pattern.
Shatter Caps are very interesting as they allow the bow to become more competitive at close range. The downside is that you won't be able to pick up fired arrows if you use this hop up. You can turn both attachments on or off at any time.

Not surprisingly, the bow will use a new type of ammunition: Arrows. However, there is very little loot with arrows on the map, so you will probably have to rely on collecting the arrows you fire to keep your ammo stock in good condition.
If you kill an enemy with a bow, the used arrows will be in his death box.
In addition to the bow, Respawn introduced other content that will appear in season 9 . The legend of the season will be Valkyrie. There will also be some changes on the map of Olympus, because she was taken over by the infestation.
