Respawn Entertainment just released a small update to Apex Legends on August 22, addressing a number of key gameplay issues and tweaking Vantage. (Vantage) just a few days after her arrival.
Hot on the heels of the first update for Apex Legends Season 14, Respawn has already rolled out a follow-up patch. While the former introduced a number of new content and of course a new legend Vantage (Vantage), the latter is more of a minor update that addresses a few minor issues.
Immediately rising to the top to become the most selected Legend, overtaking the likes of Wraith (Wraith) and Octane (Octane) Vantage dominated the early stages of the 14th season. So in the August 22 update, two small adjustments were made to knock it down a notch.
While this is a minor patch, there are a few other key changes to keep in mind. So before you return to the battlefield, be sure to brush up on everything you need to know about the update. Apex Legends dated August 22.
Vantage Changes and Apex Legends Bug Fixes
Perhaps most important in the August 22 update are two changes to Vantage (Vantage). Just a few weeks after her debut with the Season 14 patch, the character already had quick fixes weakening her.
Namely, her passive ability gunner's lens (Spotter's Lens), which provides an indicator of the trajectory of a bullet for long-range targets, will cease to function after respawning.
Furthermore, a bizarre interaction with Knockout Shields and her tactical (double) jump has been fixed. Moving forward, Vantage should be able to capitalize on the shield knockout when hitting mid-air using this extended jump ability.
While wrapping up the "highlights" of the August 22 update, Respawn revealed two bugs that have been addressed. First, weapons in arenas should be more consistent when it comes to upgrades. Over the past few weeks, players have occasionally encountered difficulties here, so expect a smoother experience after installing this update.
Last but not least: skins Seer Heartthrob и Rampart Wastelander will no longer ruin your game.
