Nintendo To Release Labo VR Kit For Switch In April

Nintendo did it! A cardboard VR headset and accessories for Nintendo Switch will arrive in April with the new official Nintendo Labo bundle.
With the new Nintendo Labo VR Kit, you can create, play and explore more than ever before. Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 04: VR Kit is a unique first virtual reality experience that kids and families can create! The Starter Set + Blaster is a rich introduction to the experience. Then you can add many expansion kits. Or, if you're looking for an even wider experience, you can purchase the Complete VR Nintendo Labo Bundle, which includes six VR Toy-Con projects in one package.
The new bundle complements Nintendo's earlier cardboard-based Labo toy line with a VR headset, blaster and other toys that can be assembled around the Switch console. It won't be a high-quality experience, but it can still be a lot of fun for kids and parents to learn the basic concepts of VR together.
The set will go on sale April 12, according to the Labo website. The basic starter kit should cost around $40, while add-ons can be purchased separately. The total cost of the kit is about $80. Cardboard VR headsets have a long history. Google and its partners have shipped millions of Cardboards to the world, but it's not a quality experience, but it's very affordable. We're very curious to see how this one from Nintendo performs in the real world.
