Since this is a high grade material, you will be able to get High Quality Hide only from high rank monsters. Luckily you hunt for the simplest Kelby и anteka.
High Quality Hide only comes from killing Kelby high rank or anteka, And Kelby is a more reliable source, since the percentage of skinned with anteka is less than 20%, which means you're better off farming Kelby for this.
Kelby are located in the ruins of the sanctuary in two specific locations: 11 и 13. They are circled in green on the map.
Like most other small herbivorous monsters, Kelby shy. Once you attack one Kelby, the rest will try to run. You can make farming them a bit easier by waiting until you have killed everyone in the area.
I prefer to farm them in region 11 as there are also bone piles to dig up and rock outcrops to hit. It's faster to get there, but that's just my personal preference.
anteka, similar to moose, live on Frost Isles in locations 1 и 6. They will also run away when you attack one of them, but the drop rate High Quality Hide much lower than them. However, they are worth killing if anteka just caught your eye, because you may need the skin later.
