Every new survival adventure or creative build deserves its own perfect canvas, and we've rounded up a lot of beautiful worlds for you right here. Whether you want a lush jungle hiding a temple ruin, an isolated island village, or just a rare spawning biome, we can show you all that and more.

Procedurally generated Minecraft worlds have always been fun. I shortened my game time to find and photograph the ideal worlds that I managed to find. Now that the Minecraft 1.19 Wild Update is out, I'm doing the same job wading through the mangrove swamps, hoping to bring you the best new Minecraft seeds I've been able to find to date.

This list of Minecraft seeds combines the best of what these worlds have to offer divided into sections: Survival, Biome, Village, and Novelty. This should help you pick your next destination, whether you're looking for locations for your new home or just looking for a nice view.

How to use Minecraft seeds

Simply put, Minecraft seeds are a string of numbers that dictate the exact address of the Minecraft world you want to move your character to. Before you create a new world, you can enter these numbers to conjure up the specific location you want to explore, and the creators share these codes online. You will find the field for entering the code of the selected seed in the Advanced World Options menu when creating a new world. Using the seed will generate the world for you in the same form in which the creator created it.

The only thing you need to keep in mind is to make sure you are using the correct version of Minecraft. Otherwise, your seed has a chance of not producing exactly what you want, or of being slightly different.

Luckily, it's pretty painless to run outdated versions of Minecraft. All you have to do is open the launcher, click Launch Options, then Add New. From here you can name it, and below is a drop-down list with all previous editions. Just click on the one you need, go back to the News section and download the version you want. This is the seed Minecraft combines both types of swamp biome: a normal and a mangrove variant.

You can see both spawning with a small acacia village. There is also a witch's hut not far from Avat at coordinates -250, 250.

And, at the point with coordinates -750, -200 you will find the jungle temple.

The village is located at coordinates 50, 200, and the nearest ancient city can be found at coordinates -300, -200.

You will immediately notice a naked ruined portal at the spawning ground near the village.

This portal will come out on a plateau hanging directly above the lower fortress. You can either build a ladder leading down or just jump onto the fortress.

Exploring the frozen ocean is much easier and more interesting due to the vast ice sheet.

If you examine this seed, at coordinates -1000, -500 you will find a taiga island village standing right in the middle of the frozen ocean.

The nearest ocean monument can be seen at coordinates -1350, -850.

Another attraction that is full of surprises is the valley enclosed within the mountain ring.

You never know what you'll find there, but in this case it's an entire village with a blacksmith at coordinates -250, 200.

Another village can be found right behind the ring at coordinates 200, 100.

Spawning on a large survival island with a village and small savannah hills.

To the north of the island you will find another one, but this time it is uninhabited. And, if you continue to explore further, you will see an ocean monument at coordinates -400, -750.

The nearest village on the mainland can be located at coordinates 850, -450.

The jungle hills are another treasure trove of unexpected finds.

In this seed Minecraft you can show the jungle temple which is perfectly hidden inside the hill at coordinates 100, 152.

You can determine its exact location from the open ruined portal that can be seen from the bottom of the hill.

Cold biomes can be just as fun as warm biomes, and this seed is proof.

Here you will spawn in a snowy village right next to a patch of ice spikes that stand on the edge of the plains biome.

This seed allows players to spawn very close to strongholds and end the game much faster.

Here you can find a fortress at coordinates -1150, -1050, which stands between two villages, only 300 blocks from the spawn.

One of the most unexpected things a player can find in Minecraft, is a village on the very edge of the mangrove swamp biome that sits in the ocean. You can witness this at the point at coordinates 200, 200.

In addition, the beach side is covered with coral reefs that stretch along the entire coast.

You will spawn on the rock of a flooded canyon that forms an unusual lake in the middle of the badlands biome.

You can also enter the ancient city directly below the village at coordinates 150, -200.

Spawn in a village with an exposed ruined portal and enter a veritable treasure trove of two bastion remnants of structures that stand side by side.

Residential units can be found at the bottom coordinates 50, 50, and Hoglin's stables are at coordinates -100, 50.

Both structures are so close to each other that you will have no problem jumping from one to the other.
