The opening day of the playoff stage in the League of Legends LEC 2023 Winter Split has ended. On this day, G2 Esports and KOI fought each other in an exciting duel.
G2 Esports qualified for the LEC 2023 Winter Split Grand Finals after a 3-1 win over KOI. G2 showed fighting qualities and demonstrated both individual skills and teamwork.

The first playoff game at the League of Legends LEC 2023 Winter Split was spectacular. In games 1 and 2, G2 Esports were the dominant side. G2 Esports has shown their great prowess with their projects.
In the second game, G2 Esports chose Sejuani mid и Bel'veth as a forester The combo turned out to be deadly and ran into KOI right from the middle of the game. Hans Sama and Meekiks continued their dominance in Botlan, easily shutting down Comp and Trimby.
Unfortunately things got tough for G3 Esports in Game 2 as the draft the team landed on couldn't match KOI. This resulted in KOI coming back to take a 2-1 lead. However, in Game 4, G2 Esports turned the tables and returned with a powerful performance.
Brokenblade performed exceptionally well on his Olaf and single-handedly closed out Szygenda. In addition, Caps on his Tristan and Hans Sama on his Sivir performed equally well. Finally, Yike, in his first year at G2 Esports, took Jankos' place and performed as an experienced jungler.
G2 Esports have qualified for the League of Legends LEC 2023 Winter Split finals and their opponents will be selected through lower bracket matches.
KOI, MAD Lions and SK Gaming will meet in the lower bracket. These teams are equally good, and SK Gaming is considered a dark horse in the League of Legends LEC 2023 Winter Split.
Only one of these teams will reach the final and face G2 Esports. However, if a prediction is to be made, KOI is likely to have a high chance of reaching the final.
