How to create a Recycler in Raft and how to use it

This guide will show you how to create a recycling device in Raft and how to use it.
Recycling Device (Recycler) is a machine created by players. A new version Raft introduced this device.
It does exactly what its name suggests, it recycles the player's materials and trash. The device proved to be very useful as the recycled material is converted into cells.
This pressed junk is used by players to trade materials with local and international merchants.
Pressed garbage, produced by the recycler, helps the player upgrade their boats into ships.
How to get a recycler in Raft?
The Recycler is built according to the blueprint available when visiting the Radio Tower. Head to the Radio Tower, the first major location at the start of the game and the same place where you found Tala. Climb up the top of the towerto find the drawing.
To make a recycling device, you need to study the blueprint on the research table. You only need to complete this step once, and you can jump right into creating new recyclers.
To create you need:
- 6 plastic
- 4 Metal Ingot
- 2 bolt
- 1 PCB
Another important requirement for the work of the recycler is the availability of a power source. This energy source can be obtained in the form of a battery.
After gathering the blueprint and materials, you can build a garbage recycling device and place it anywhere on the raft. The compressed trash produced by the recycler will ultimately help players build a better ship.
How to use Recycler in Raft?
After building a recycler, you can install it anywhere on the ship. Now you need to put trash into the device like rocks, seaweed, etc. so that it can convert and recycle the waste into compacted trash.
Keep in mind that you cannot put food in the processor.
Basically, when you put 30 or more items into the recycler, you are given one cube of compacted garbage. The processing speed of the material is only a few minutes, and after the cube is made, the device can be used again.
