Lost Sector Space Dock IV is part of the rotation Legend/Master during the Season of Mining Destiny 2, but for players who haven't taken the time to fully explore the European Dead Zone (EDZ) area, finding it can be a problem.
The Lost Sector is located in the sunken islands section of the level, but there is no obvious way to get there; the main path was part of the sunset story campaign of the Red War. This guide to Destiny 2 we'll cover how you can find the Skydock IV location and how to get to the sunken islands in the EDZ.
Lost Sector Space Dock IV Location
Start your search for the Lost Sector Space Dock IV in the Sunken Isles. If you haven't unlocked this fast travel point yet, you can reach the bay by following the path west to Hades Firebase and then north and east. You can also head north of Sludge and then west.
As soon as you find yourself in the gorge, make your way into the tunnels. From the Gulch fast travel point at the top of the cliff, go down into the waterway and to the left into a large open area. On the northern edge of the square is a round hole in the side of the rock. Sign in.
You will only have one direction to follow in these tunnels, but whenever you reach a crossroads it will appear that there are more paths. The first time you enter the room, there will be Cabal on your right, around a small object.
Ignore them and continue through the tunnels where you will eventually reach a huge room with the Cabal roaming around. On the other side is another hole. Get to him.
You will pass through a blocked doorway on your left on your way to the doorway. Ignore him and continue through the tunnels. There will be no additional distractions, and if you continue straight ahead, you will reach the sunken islands.
The Lost Sector Skydock IV is located in a facility under a huge ship native to the islands. Head west from the tunnel exit and into another tunnel under the ship.
On the western side there will be a platform where several Cabals are patrolling. Clear them or go past them to the opening at the back of the area, drop down and follow the halls to another open door.
At the end of the corridor you will officially reach the Skydock IV sector. Be sure to complete it so you can access the action when it appears in rotation Legend/Master.
Lost Sectors with higher difficulty are the key to getting new exotic armor every season in Destiny 2, so you'll want them all cleared once, including Space Dock IV.
