There are 50 types of food and drink in Ghostwire: Tokyothat need to be collected. You don't need to have all 50 at the same time, and you can check what you found on the Consumables tab in the Database.
There are two different ways to get food and drink: the first way is to collect them all over the world, either by collecting white bags (for regular food and drink) or floating spectral food.
