Where to Find All the Lost Tanuki in Ghostwire: Tokyo

Tanuki are cute little raccoon dogs hidden all over Shibuya in Ghostwire: Tokyo. There are 25 locations to discover and like other collectibles in the game, they are not always easy to find. However, finding them will give you a trophy or the Your Tail's Show achievement, as well as a cool outfit.

This guide will show you where to find all the Tanukis in the game. Each of them is located in the territory of a certain sanctuaries Torii Gate, and you can see how many are in the area by hovering over the map. Some shrines (but not all) have offering boxes where you can spend 500 meika to reveal the location of the tanuki. You can also read the minds of cats for clues to nearby places.

Tanukis disguise themselves as all sorts of things, from vending machines to tombstones and billboards. You can tell that the object is one of the mischievous little creatures reincarnated by finding the suspicious object's tail.

Where to find all the missing tanuki in Ghostwire: Tokyo

You will start your search for these critters after clearing the Shiroyama Shrine in Chapter 2. After that, the Tanuki boss will appear near the Shrine and give you the side quest Tanuki Hunt. Once you have found all the locations in Ghostwire: Tokyo, you will receive another side quest, Tanuki Boss, at Kirigaoka Shrine, rewarding you with a Tanuki outfit.

If you are trying to get trophies or achievements for all garments in Ghostwire: Tokyo or do everything side quests, you will also have to find all these locations. This guide will show you where to find them based on the order in which you clear the game's shrines.
