How to Farm Scourgestones in V Rising

Don't waste your time blindly looking for Scourgestone in V Rising. Instead, use our guide to all places and methods to collect Scourgestone.

Scourgestone is one of the most valuable and rare crafting materials in V rising, and it is used to make silver bars and jewelry, many are trying to find the best way to collect them.

Our guide will provide you with all the possible places where you can collect lashstones in V rising. You will also learn about the methods of making them, as well as an additional method of collecting a resource (drop from enemies).

Where to find Scourgestones

Church of the Damned

The first notable place to farm Scourgestone is in the north of Danlí farmland at the Church of the Damned.

This location has the highest chance of Scourgestone spawning inside loot chests and dropping from mobs. So raid the area thoroughly for the most Scourgestones.

Other important loot you can find here includes:

  • grave dust
  • Bone

Dunley Monastery

On the west of Danlí farm you will find the monastery of Danlí. This place is special because it has a high level of holy radiation.

Note that you may not find Scourgestone inside chests or from mobs here, but instead you need to look inside the coffins, since that's where Scourgestones tend to spawn.

In addition to Scourgestone, here you can pick up the following resources:

  • Glass
  • Quartz
  • Funeral Lily
  • Scroll

Ancient Village

В northeastern part of the world map you will find an area called Cursed forest, in which there are two ancient villages located in the west and east of the region.

Once again, don't expect mobs to drop when the Scourgestone dies, but instead smash every box you see, as that's where you're most likely to find this valuable resource.

Here are some other loot you can find here:

  • ghost shroom
  • Iron ore
  • Ghost Yarn
  • spectral dust
  • Schematic

abandoned farm

The last location where you can get Scourgestone is the Abandoned Farm, located in eastern part of Danlí land.

Here you will need to fight the Scarecrow mobs, which have a high chance to drop Scourgestones. At first they will seem passive, but you need to approach and hit them so that they turn into enemies and attack you.

In addition to Scourgestone, you can find woolen thread here, but nothing more.

How to craft a Scourgestone in V Rising

You can also create Scourgestone using the recipe obtained after victory over boss Level 46 Shadow Priestess Leandra , which can be found in the Church of the Damned.

The recipe for making a Scourgestone is as follows:

  • Grindstone (Whetstone) x1
  • Glass (Glass) x3 - can be created from quartz (Quartz)
  • Grave Dust x3 - Crafted from Bones

The best place to find Whetstones is in the bandit camps that can be found throughout the southern regions Painted Woods. If you are lucky, you can also find them in the Danlí Bastion.

Glass is another rare material that can currently be found mainly in Danlí monastery.

As for Grave Dust, you need to raid cemeteries и cemeteries Lesa Farbane.

Making tombs

One of the most effective ways to get lashstones is to build Tombs and create different mobs in them. You can get the recipe for the corresponding building from the level 27 boss Gorsvain the Ravager, who lives in the Farbane Woods.

To create one tomb, you will need 80 stones and 20 bones. In each of them, you can create skeleton bishops or banshees, from which lash stones fall out with a certain probability.

This method requires less resources than actually creating Scourgestones, but it does take time for the mobs to spawn.

This is everything you need to know about how to farm and craft lashstones in V rising. Also, be sure to check out the rest articles on V Rising tips and tricks on our dedicated hub page.
