Making tombs
One of the most effective ways to get lashstones is to build Tombs and create different mobs in them. You can get the recipe for the corresponding building from the level 27 boss Gorsvain the Ravager, who lives in the Farbane Woods.
To create one tomb, you will need 80 stones and 20 bones. In each of them, you can create skeleton bishops or banshees, from which lash stones fall out with a certain probability.
This method requires less resources than actually creating Scourgestones, but it does take time for the mobs to spawn.
