Fortnite is a shareware action game with elements of survival in a colorful post-apocalyptic world. Most of the planet was destroyed by a cataclysm, due to which strange zombie-like creatures began to appear. The survivors called them Husks. The last representatives of mankind fight off them, hiding in bizarre shelters, assembled from various materials. Along the way, they try to figure out the causes of the strange purple storm that started it all.

Chapter 3's final major update has arrived, and with it, a number of Fortnite island changes have been revealed.

shining towers
The chrome reached the leaning towers, turning half the buildings into pure chrome. Because of this, the POI was renamed "The Corrupted Towers".
Driftwood and Flairship
The pirate ship Driftwood and the airship Flairship have moved to the coastal area, north of the Herald's Sanctum.
Saved Cafe
A small cafe with a shack next to Chrome Crossroads has been saved from the chrome and can now be found floating in the air above its previous location.
Chrome Spreads
Following the story of Season 4, Chrome continues to spread. It can currently be seen in the Reality Tree, and now in Point Zero.
Chicken feet
Four new chicken pens have been added to the island in preparation for the upcoming Bird Ambush week, which will see an increase in the animal's spawning rate.
Chapter 3 Island will no longer see map changes until it is destroyed in the upcoming live event Fracture December 3rd.
