NSFW Gaming Content Captured Trump's New Twitter Clone
The target audience for GETTR is probably confused right now. Created by the former team of Donald Trump, GETTR is positioned as an alternative to giants like Twitter, but just a few days after its launch, the platform attracts a very different audience.
Note: NSFW (abbreviation of English words Not safe/suitable for workMeaning Unsafe/unsuitable for work) is a tag used in e-mail correspondence, web videos, internet forums, blogs to highlight hyperlinks that contain material such as nudity, guro, pornography and obscene language that may cause problems for the viewer in the presence of colleagues or strangers.
GETTR has been hit with a campaign of game-related memes, discussions... and lots of NSFW content. As for the latter, the posts Sonic are by far in the lead, with images of the blue hedgehog and rule 34 friends circulating widely in unrelated hashtags and popular account replies.
As I first noticed Kotaku , some of the most popular hashtags include #sonicismylove, #soniclovescommunism, #sonicfeet, #sonicinflation and many more that I can't post. Site admins seem to be aware of this unexpected audience as hashtag and user search is now disabled.
Unsurprisingly, some of Sonic's famous rule 34 posters are claiming their posts are being deleted and their ability to comment removed. However, at the time of writing, there were actually no terms of service, so in a certain sense there are no rules to break.
But it's not just sonic porn. GETTR has also become the center of gaming discussion, usually to rip off unrelated political hashtags. fans Genshin impact use the app to share fan art, memes and argue about their favorite characters.
The only thing that comes close to official recognition of the suppressive trolling campaign is a message from the site's support team. In a statement, they explain that “our system is currently experiencing a delay due to an unusual number of online user registration activities.” The last post from this account was two days ago.
Although it was created by the most ardent allies, the ex-president himself has not yet joined the site. However, alsoIt is not clear which politicians have actually already signed up.
