Elden Ring receives the biggest discount since the release of the game

Amazon cut the price of Elden Ring by 17 percent, bringing FromSoftware's game to its lowest price since launch.
Publisher Bandai Namco released an action-RPG earlier this year in February, inviting players to head into FromSoftware's first open-world game, Souls.
Elden Ring hit the sales charts, distributing an astronomical 12 million units in less than three weeks. At last count in mid-May, the RPG had crossed 13,4 million copies sold.
As Elden Ring slowly starts to drop in price, its sales figures will no doubt continue to rise, especially since the positive word of mouth hasn't slowed down yet.
Amazon lowers the price of Elden Ring
Elden Ring is getting a 20% price drop.
Usually priced at $59,95, Elden Ring from FromSoftware reached the lowest price to date thanks to Amazon.
Xbox One and Xbox Series users can currently purchase the game for $45,99. On PlayStation 5, Elden Ring costs $49,94. Meanwhile, the PS4 version costs $47,80.
There is no word on how long these specific deals will last. Those interested in taking advantage of the Elden Ring discount should probably act quickly.
Over time, Elden Ring will continue to drop in value, especially after deals for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the like arrive later this year. But spending less than $50 on an experience that many have already called a masterpiece seems like a good starting point.
FromSoftware has been updating Elden Ring regularly in the months since it was released on PC and consoles. However, fans remain hopeful that even more content will eventually emerge, especially in the form of expansion DLC.
Cut content like Elden Ring's mysterious coliseums has led many to believe that some kind of PvP update might eventually see the light of day.
