Freebie: three parts of Fallout will be distributed for free on the Epic Games Store
Starting February 22, Epic Games Store users will be able to get three classic Fallout games for free: Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel. Typically, the Epic Games Store gives away one or two free games per week, so this announcement of three free Fallout games next week is even more exciting.
Before this, from February 15 to 22, players could pick up the racing simulator Darak Desert Rally for free. But starting February 22, it will be replaced by three classic Fallout titles.
The first two Fallout games are true role-playing masterpieces that had a significant impact on the genre. Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, released in 2001, while not as widely acclaimed, offered a unique approach to gameplay by focusing on turn-based combat.
