Cyberpunk 2077 Announced Three Free DLCs

Cyberpunk 2077 has just received a patch marked as 1.3, and with it the first free DLC. However, the players hoped not for this. Don't be afraid to say - the extra content is disappointing.

Cyberpunk 2077 has come a long way. From a technically unacceptable game, it has become much more stable, but is still full of bugs. They should be removed with the latest update marked as 1.3. The changelog is very long and boils down to fixing a lot of bugs, improving stability, and making improvements and balance changes. Along with the patch, we also received the first free DLC, but they are not very impressive.

Cyberpunk 2077 Free DLC

Let's face it, no one was expecting a big expansion for Cyberpunk 2077. CD Projekt RED follows the beaten path that proved successful in The Witcher 3. This means that small additions, known as DLC, are distributed for free. We will have to wait for the bigger expansions that will introduce new streams and missions. They will also be paid, such as Heart of Stone or Blood and Wine. Despite this, the contents of the first DLC may disappoint many. Some hoped that the developer would want to somehow compensate for not the best premiere. Meanwhile we got:

  • Alternate appearance of Johnny Silverhand - can be enabled in the Settings on the "Additional Content" tab.
  • Layered Synthetic Leather Pilot Jacket Luminous Punk Style Jacket - Both can be found in the vault in Apartment V after receiving a message from Victor after completing the First Rule of the Afterlife mission. They are of Rare/Cult quality by default, but higher quality crafting blueprints are also available.
  • Archer Quartz "Bandit" - available as a reward or for purchase (depending on the player's choice) after completing the quest "At the Crossroads" and then receiving a message from Dakota or the Rogue. If the message didn't arrive, head to the Badlands and away from Dakota's workshop. Dakota needs a few days to contact you.

Description of the Cyberpunk 2077 update

Improvements

  • Improved minimap zoom while driving, which should help with navigation while driving.
  • Now the portraits of Skye and Angel are in the task "Dollhouse"appear much longer, which should make it easier to choose between them.

  • On all platforms, the number of autosave slots has been increased from 10 to 20, and the number of quick save slots has been increased from 3 to 10.

Balance Changes

  • Enemies detection time now depends on the difficulty of the game. Enemies on Easy and Medium difficulty will now detect the player more slowly. Enemies on the highest difficulty level now detect the player faster.

  • The item creation system has been reworked. Items without a fixed quality become of higher quality as the Crafting skill develops. It is no longer possible to randomly create a high quality item without having the appropriate level of the Crafting skill.
  • Level requirements now increase each time an item is upgraded. As a result of this fix, the level of upgraded items will change. Items from the current equipment of the character that require a higher level can continue to be used, but they will become unusable after they are removed from the equipment.
  • Added additional documentation for implant modifications.
  • Added knife documentation (available from the start of the game).
  • Changed the number of components needed to craft some items such as Rebound, MaxDoc, scripts, clothing mods, and some weapons.
  • Adjusted clothing modification documentation.
  • Adjusted the number of components needed to craft clothes.
  • Adjusted the number of components required to craft Sandevistan parts.
  • The Optical Concealment implant can now be purchased from Reapers.
  • The price of the "Sensory Amplifier" modification has been adjusted.
  • Rare Unity Pistol Documentation can now only be obtained by closing an Organized Crime Investigation Request "Sharp talons".

Game process

  • The Makino MTL1 image in the Call Vehicle menu now matches the appearance of the vehicle.
  • Technical lines have been removed from the description of the Good, Bad, Ugly ability.
  • Grouped icons no longer move out of place on the map when zoomed.
  • The correct icon will now be displayed next to the health bar instead of the overload icon when the stamina bar is depleted.

  • Fixed an issue where Johnny would not spawn, preventing the "Talk to Johnny" objective from being updated.

Family is not chosen

  • Adjusted the position of the marker pointing to Sol before the start of the nomad initiation ceremony.
  • Fixed a bug due to which it was impossible to speak with Mitch.

Don't Call Saul

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in some players being unable to start the Panam Briefing due to the "Wait for the Nomads" objective not being updated.
  • It's easier to pull out of the parking lot of the Sunset Motel with a gift from Saul.
