Diablo Immortal has become better and fairer. Terror's Tide expansion release
Diablo Immortal launched in June this year. In September, the title received its first expansion, and now, on December 14, it is receiving another one called Terror Tide.
The main novelty is Storm Point, a new zone/island where the "worst of the worst" live in the Sanctuary. Players will need to earn 60 lats and complete a series of tasks to enter this location.
Blizzard also decided to expand the difficulty levels (Hell VI, Hell VII, Hell VIII) and add as many as five bosses from the Infernal Reliquary: Ophinneb Dresseded, Dymdrail Creeping Misery, Heat Suffocating Cathar, Apotrus Tamer of the Fallen and Phangwrth Heat Eater.
Plus a new Battle Pass, Recruit-A-Friend, five new Legendary Gems, a new Grakkinskin cosmetic pack, a limited holiday event, bug fixes, new acquisition trees, and daily activity changes to allow Diablo Immortal players who took a quick break from the game to catch up overlooked and enter the end game content with your friends.
We received a lot of feedback from players who stated that Legendaries and sets weren't dropping often enough. To fix this, we are easily incorporating them into our daily activities so that players have more opportunities to obtain these types of items. The following changes have been made:
- Reward Chest now has a better chance of dropping legendary items.
- Completing the Bestiary quest now grants a legendary item on the first turn of each day.
- Completing three dungeons will now reward you with a guaranteed set of items once per day.
