How to remove the wither zone in the "Children of Vimara Village" quest in Genshin Impact
Next to the Wound is an object with a moving green symbol on it. Approaching it should prompt the "call of the dendrogranum" to action. Interact with it to get a temporary dendro effect surrounding your active character. The essence of clearing the wilt zones revolves around activating the Dendrogranum and then using either a charged attack or an aimed shot at the wilt branches.
The following image gallery shows examples of the moments leading up to the destruction of the withering branch.
These three branches can be found in front of Rana and are hard to miss. The left one is the first one the Travelers will see, and the other two are located to the west of the first Withering Branch. Players must also defeat enemies once all branches have been destroyed.
At the bottom of the screen, players will find an indicator that shows how debuffed (decomposed) their characters are while in the wither zone. Just by leaving the negative zone of withering, you will reset the destructive progress.
There is one more thing here that needs to be destroyed in order to clear the wither zone in this quest. Approach the large red plant (also known as the wilt tumor) that is next to the two wilt branches. If the players have destroyed all Withering Branches with dendrogranum and defeated the enemies, they should see a tooltip similar to the one shown in the image above.
Selecting the option will destroy the wither zone and trigger a short cutscene. After the cutscene ends, players will be prompted to head to Vimara Village. The rest of this quest is pretty simple.
