Sony has finally confirmed a remake of Resident Evil 4 for PlayStation 5 that will take players back to one of the most iconic events in the franchise.
The company announced the highly anticipated remake during State of Play on June 2, which showcased updated graphics for the survival horror shooter. What's more, Capcom will even have PSVR 2 content available for players to have new ways to interact with the classic game.
Capcom has already ported the game to almost all platforms, but this time it will be an updated remake for next generation consoles.
The developers want to give the game a "fresh feel" of Leon's solo campaign by "rethinking the storyline" while staying true to the overall direction of the game.
