Assassin's Creed Valhalla Release Date for Xbox One, PS4 and PC
The release date for Assassin's Creed Valhalla for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Stadia was revealed on July 11 when an Instagram post was mistakenly posted ahead of time. On July 12, this was confirmed during the Ubisoft Forward event.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla's implementation fell victim to several leaks in 2020 when On July 11, a random Instagram post revealed its early release date.
The latest title in Ubisoft's long running franchise is the first game since the critically acclaimed Odyssey in 2018. Players will get a chance to live out their Viking fantasies this fall, which was officially announced during the Forward presentation.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla release date revealed
Valhalla was first announced in April by Ubisoft, which outlines the action of 873 AD. in Norway, where the Viking tribe appeared. In the latest open-world RPG series, players take control of protagonist Eivor as he leads his clan to resettle in Anglo-Saxon England.
During the event, Ubisoft released a new trailer that lists its release date at the end: November 17th. The title is set for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia, as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X.
On the eve of July 11, the Italian Instagram account for Assassin's Creed accidentally posted a promotional video on the account before deleting it.
The short video showed various cutscenes from the title before revealing the November 17 release date.

Another interesting aspect of this date is that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will drop two days before the release of CD PROJEKT RED's Cyberpunk 2077. Oftentimes, major AAA titles with similar genres will try to share their release from each other, but the two giants will go head-to-head.
Sony and Microsoft have yet to announce when exactly the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will be released. Both publishers have simply stated "2020" as the year. No matter when, it looks like players will have a rich selection of games to choose from.
