Go forward and pick up the antidote. Go down the stairs to the right. There you will find a statue. Approach it to lower another ladder. You should now be able to move to the new region. 

The road leads straight to the boss, however, you need to kill three enemies first.

Move forward. At the end of the path on the right is a large enemy. Kill him and take part B of Prometheus. 

Go to the big cocoon. You will find the Rotten Mistle. Clear it and then go to the arena. You have to face the Butterfly of Delirium. Prepare as many antidotes as you can - boss attacks can poison you with poison that can deal a lot of damage. Defeat the boss and view the cutscene. Activate Mistle and go to the cocoon. There you can talk to the woman. After the conversation, go down the elevator. Keep moving straight until you open a new region - area H-14. View splash screen. After that, you will receive the Prometheus Trail I and access to a new location.
