Free Mobile Nier Re[in]carnation Gets Release Date
The Nier Reincarnation mobile game for Android and iOS will be ready to explore and available for download starting July 28 with rewards for players who pre-register.
Nier Reincarnation, the mobile spin-off of the Nier series, has finally set a release date for players outside of Japan. And now, according to the post IGN , next month, on July 28, you can get some in-game goodies if you prepare in advance.
In Reincarnation, you'll play as a little girl under the tutelage of Mama, a strange, spooky little creature who accompanies you on your journey. You will climb the bizarre, ethereal world known as The Cage in search of a way to restore a little girl's memories. Reincarnation dives into these memories, giving you the ability to control new memory characters in story vignettes that you will control to unlock pieces of the past.
If you want to start playing early, pre-registering on the App Store and Google Play will earn you bonus gems to spend on in-game summons. Square Enix plans to top up the bank with in-game rewards for every additional 100 players that also sign up. Like most F000P mobile games, Reincarnation relies on a gacha system where you get additional memory characters and their variants.
Although there is no official confirmation of the events of the global version yet, fans of the Nier universe can expect to switch from Replicant at some point, as happened on the Japanese server earlier this year.
