Events Returning to Genshin Impact with Update 2.4
From the looks of it, Genshin Impact Update 2.4 will be an enjoyable experience not only for veterans who missed the old event, but also for new players who never had a chance to enjoy it.
The Lantern Festival is expected to return to Genshin Impact with Update 2.4. Because of this, it is unlikely that another large-scale event will be added to the patch.
