Antoine Griezmann Founded Esports Organization and Looking for Athletes
Barcelona star Antoine Griezmann has announced the launch of his own esports organization dubbed Grizi and has begun looking for players and teams to compete in titles such as Fortnite, CSGO, Fifa and more.
After asking players to contact headquarters, Grizi, using a penguin as a mascot, is looking for teams and players in games like Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege and FIFA.
The caliber of teams or players that Griezmann is looking to represent Grisi is yet to be known, as he founded his own team rather than looking for work with some of the biggest endemic brands and leading the scene from the start.
However, he clearly has no shortage of esports knowledge, concentrating not only on FIFA like many of his other football-playing brothers, but also playing some of the biggest and most exciting games right now.
Ironically, Griezmann is not the only Barcelona player who has invested in esports. Centre-back Gerard Piqué runs the eFootball.Pro league, which focuses on FIFA rival Pro Evolution Soccer. Barcelona is among several professional teams that have their own esports team in the league.
