Ever since Honkai Star Rail’s launch, there have been many characters who have shared similar designs and names with characters from Honkai Impact 3rd. Examples include Welt, Acheron, Himeko, Cocolia, Seele, Bronya, Natasha, Sushang, Silver Wolf, Yanqing and Luocha. Recent Honkai Star Rail leaks have hinted at the next character to get an “expy,” and that character is none other than Kevin Kaslana.

Lookalike of Kevin Kaslana to be released in Honkai Star Rail, as per leaks
Latest leaks regarding a new upcoming character in Honkai Star Rail have been shared by leaker Cleo. According to this leak, a new character who is supposed to look like Kevin Kaslana from Honkai Impact 3rd will be released in the current game. While information hinting at the exact release patch for this new character has not been provided, it is possible that he will be available in one of the 3.x patches.
Kevin Kaslana is a very important (and popular) character in Honkai Impact 3rd. He is a tall man with white hair and blue eyes, and is an extremely powerful according to the lore. Fans of both Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail have long expressed their desire to see a Kevin expy in either game. If this recent leak turns out to be true, then their wishes will finally be fulfilled.
While there hasn’t been a direct reference to Kevin in Honkai Star Rail till date, a thinly veiled reference alluding to one of Kevin’s dialogues in Honkai Impact 3rd was added to the game a while back. An achievement added in version 2.0 titled “Why Do Birds Fly?” can be interpreted as an indirect reference to the same question posed by Kevin to a philosopher in Honkai Impact 3rd.
According to the leak by Cleo, the new character might have similar white hair and blue eyes, along with a tall gait (aka will use a tall model). Of course, this is still conjecture and players will must for official confirmation regarding the introduction of a Kevin expy in Honkai Star Rail.
