Leak hints at Firefly rerun banner in second half of Honkai Star Rail 2.7

According to a leak shared by reputed leaker Stepleaks (reposted on X by Razor_Language), Firefly will be featured on a rerun banner in phase II of Honkai Star Rail 2.7. Firefly was released in the game in version 2.3, and she hasn’t had any rerun banners yet.

Firefly is a 5-Star Fire Destruction unit and one of the best DPS characters in the game. She plays a very important role in Break teams, and many players have been waiting with bated breath for her rerun banner.

If the Firefly rerun leak turns out to be true and her banner is featured in the upcoming version, a big chunk of the playerbase will pull for her.

Firefly rerun in Honkai Star Rail 2.7 release speculation

Honkai Star Rail 2.7 is slated to begin on December 3, 2024. The first phase banners will go live simultaneously with the version update.

Based on the standard update schedule for Honkai Star Rail, the banners for Phase I will last for three weeks, up to December 25, 2024.

Since the leak suggests that Firefly rerun banner will be in the second half of version 2.7, players can look forward to her banner going live on December 25, 2024.

Leaker stepleaks has also hinted at other banners in the Honkai Star Rail 2.7 update. According to them, Phase I of version 2.7 will feature Sunday, along with Jing Yuan’s rerun banner. Phase II will reportedly feature Fugue, alongside a possible Firefly rerun banner.

Information regarding the 4-star characters on these banners has not surfaced yet, so players should wait for more information either via leaks or through official announcements from HoYoverse.
