Quest and armor of The Witcher 3 from Netflix finally in the game, allowing you to equip Geralt like Henry Cavill!

If you want some new armor for yourself, you will need to prepare for some fights and a tough boss. Netflix quests are available as soon as you download the game, but the recommended level is pretty high for good reason.

If you don't see the quest or toggles for changing the Nilfgaardian soldier armor and Triss and Yennefer outfits in the main menu's "Game" option, make sure you've downloaded the latest update.

How to get the drawing of the Forgotten Wolf School Equipment in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

To get the armor blueprint for Geralt, you need to complete an assignment from the priest of the Eternal Flame, which can be found in the Devil's Pit in Velen.

Players do not automatically receive this new quest in their journals as they do in other DLCs. They must find the location of the Devil's Pit southeast of the Hangman's Tree. At this point, players should already be able to fast travel through this area of ​​the map, as it is the starting point in Velen, once they complete the prologue in White garden.

Talk to the Deacon (Priest of the Eternal Fire)

Geralt will meet a young priest of the Eternal Fire on the side of the road. Deacon explains the dire situation in the Devil's Pit, with deserting soldiers trying to break into the old mine and potentially unleashing unspeakable horrors stored within. Geralt can negotiate his payment for this quest in a similar way to standard witcher contracts. The deacon will be pissed at the price, so settle for something in the 230-250 gold range.

Defeat the deserters

Players must descend into the Devil's Pit and fight off a group of level 9 deserters. These are fairly standard enemies and can be easily eliminated. The easiest way is to use the Great Hanged Man's Venom oil on your sword and activate the Quen perk if they encounter these soldiers. There is no time limit here, so players can always leave and level up to come back later if needed, as the last enemy encounter will be more powerful than these mobs.

Enter the mine

After the players have taken out all the deserters, they must enter the doors of the dark caves of the Devil's Pit. The letter left by the Witcher Reynald speaks of the signs he left behind for navigation.

It looks like the Order of the Eternal Fire left a plague victim in a cave to die. The voice will direct the player down.

Explore the mine

The voice will draw the players to the crossroads. Once Geralt reaches a certain point on the path to the right, an additional objective to explore the mine will appear on the HUD. Players can continue to move forward and ignore this objective, but it's best to turn back while listening to the mocking voice and head down the path on the left. The exploration of the mine is quite simple and will prepare Geralt for the upcoming battle. Using witcher sense the player will be directed to most of the cave's landmarks with Wolf School symbols similar to Geralt's medallion. Searching this stretch also gives more history through the various notes left along the way.

Players can also use the Magic Lamp from the Keira Metz storyline anywhere there is a green glow in the air to see ghosts in that area. There are several Plague Victim enemies scattered all over the place, and they fight like more powerful regular human enemies.

Once players reach the end of the cave, a door appears that can be destroyed with an AARD spell.

How to Defeat the Possessed Raynald and the Red Pestilence: Boss Fight

Possessed Raynald - A witcher trapped on a cave wall. Use the Aard spell to free him. He will ask for the potion that you brewed in the story. The player should not give it to him, as it will only serve to take away the potential buffs it will give you during the ensuing fight. If the players refuse, Geralt will drink the potion himself during a cutscene. Possessed Raynald is an easy fight except for his spell Quen, which blocks Geralt's attacks. Just back away and wait for his red guard to disappear before engaging again.

He can be stunned by a combination of Yrden's and Aard's spells. Once he is defeated, the Red Sea will reveal itself. This large enemy hits hard but has relatively few attacks. When he approaches Geralt, and from a distance, starts a ranged attack. Players must stay close to avoid this. Once Miasmal reaches half his health, he will teleport and spawn more plague victims. He will continue to do this until the end of the fight if the player doesn't end it quickly.

Get Armor Blueprints

Once the Red Sea has been defeated, Geralt will comment on the Witcher's strange armor and face Raynald's spirit. Reynald offers armor blueprints and Geralt gets them automatically through conversation.

Ending options

This side quest has several outcomes, like most Witcher 3 stories. Raynald will ask you to meet the priest who gave Geralt the contract. Refusing it will end the quest. Geralt will receive payment from the deacon and he will remain in the Order of Eternal Fire. Accepting this request leads him to a cave where Raynald will confront him. If the player wants a happier ending, they must make this choice.

If the player wants a darker ending that results in Geralt not even getting paid by the priest for his actions, select these dialogue options.

Search Osmund's notes in Kaer Morhen

  • +25% extra damage on crit. hit;
  • +10% critical strike chance;
  • +9% chance to cause bleeding;
