This article shows a list of all secret achievements and how to get them in the Inazuma region, which was released in the Genshin Impact 2.0 update on July 21, 2021. The list is in the final stage.
Here are all the achievements from the 2.0 update that you can get in Inazuma:
Exploring Inazuma
No. 1. free dog
Head to Jinren Island, which is the northernmost island near Narukami. The cage with the dog inside is located in the southern part of Jinren Island, as shown in the picture below.
The metal key to open the cage is on top of the drawer to the northwest of the cage. The box stands on a wooden platform attached to the wall of the mountain. Use the key to free the dog and it will unlock the Free Dog secret achievement.
No. 2. Ay… Is there anyone?
Ay… Is there anyone? The secret achievement is unlocked by unlocking the secret passage to Rito. Go to the southern part of Rito, as shown in the picture below.
There is a secret passage behind the old house. Open the secret passage by opening the hatch behind the old house. Opening the hatch will take you to a location in the northern part of Rito, and this will also start the world quest « Rito's way ».
No. 3. Iwakura Bugeicho
"Iwakura Bugeicho" is a secret achievement in Genshin Impact 2.0 that you get by defeating all Iwakura swordsmen in the Inazuma region. You will also receive a hidden deluxe chest by destroying the entire Iwakura clan.
Note: You need to kill the samurai. 1-5 in any order, 6 and 7 in that order only. Do not forget at the end of 2 swords to stick into the ground to the rest of the swords at the 7th point.
No. 4. They will never grow old
In total, there are 6 simple tombs on Yashiori Island. Interacting with all six tombs and placing bloodflowers in front of them will unlock the secret achievement "They Never Grow Old".
Note: Place Bloodflowers on graves. The central grave is in a cave that can be accessed under a skull behind bars in the ground. The first grate opens if you take 3 electric fairies upstairs. The second grate opens with a lever not far in the aisle. The third is opened by the desired combination of levers. The central lever resets what is not set correctly.
No. 5. Shocking... literally
Die while standing near the Tatarigami core. To access the territory, you must complete the beginning of the world quest "Tales from Tatara«.
Note: In the literal sense, you do not need to stand at the core. It is enough just to die from miasma in one of the places where they are. For example, in Musojin Gorge, Tatarasuna (before you complete the Tales from Tatara quest. After it, there will be no miasm, you won’t be able to die.), or in an underwater cave on the islands north of the Komisato residence (where the roots of the tree were cleaned) .
No. 6. Bingo
You get this achievement by unlocking the entrance to the Sakkei Pavilion. To do this, get to the cannon, which is located on the island east of Tatarasuna. You can use this cannon to blow up the entrance to the Sakkei Pavilion. [NOTE: You must be under the effects of Electro or have an Electro Granum on you to be able to control the cannon.] The Electro-Grenum spawn is located on the right side of the gun. Summon the electrogranum, activate the cannon and destroy the entrance to the Shakkei Pavilion (check the images below).
If you successfully destroy the entrance to the Sakkei Pavilion, you will see a white spark after the cannonball explodes; and the "Bingo" achievement will also be unlocked.
No. 7. Sword of Tatara

#8 Desert Island Travel Guide
Find all the shrines on Yashiori Island to unlock the achievement. There are a total of 5 shrines in the location marked with red circles in the picture below.
Go to all five shrines and interact with them to unlock the achievement.
#9 Wooden Hammer Yamada Go
Condition: see through the tanuki's illusions several times.
To unlock the achievement, you have to see through the Tanuki's illusion 15 times. There are 14 locations where you will find Tanuki, as shown in the picture below.
Tanuki is updated once a day. You can even see illusions of the same tanuki 15 times to unlock the achievement.
#10 "The Art of Kujirai, Temari Jutsu"
You need to play the temari game on three difficulty levels. The game that is available during the world quest does not count. After this quest, the world can be found on the islands of baby Kujirai in other places. Be careful, it is not marked with a quest icon.

#11 Temari life
Ask another player to join the Temari game you're hosting to unlock the achievement. You will get a chance to unlock the ability to invite friends to play Temari by completing world quest "Temari's Game" .
After completing the Temari Game World Quest, play a game in Temari and invite a friend. Start the game by placing Temari in the allotted time. Your friend will then have to start the Temari game and look for your Temari ball. The achievement will be unlocked at the end of the game.

Daily activities
No. 1. Happy Paimon Day!
To unlock the achievement, pick up the Lucky Form at Narukami Grand Shrine. Divination in this temple is available once a day.
No. 2. Worse than ever…
Pick up the tag titled "Great Misfortune at Narukami Grand Shrine" to unlock the achievement.
No. 3. Empty Soul
Condition: find the lost things of Washizu
This is a limited time achievement and will take at least 4 days to unlock. Achievement unlocks upon completion world tasks « Sinister Instruction» . To start the quest, go west of the southeast waypoint Serpent's Head at the location shown in the picture below. At the marked location you will find " Temple foreigner » next to a samurai named Washizu . Interact with the shrine three times and then talk to Washizu. He will ask you to return the next day for a reward. The next day, you will find an Exquisite Chest in front of the shrine. Repeat the same steps for 3 days.

On the last day, you will have to fight Washizu after praying at the shrine. This will start the Wicked Instruction world quest.
After defeating Washizu, your next objective will be to "Find the Lost Washizu Domain in Higi Village". Go to Higi Village. At the back of the house you will find two torches. Light the torches and then dig the ground between the two torches. Digging the ground, you will find an exquisite chest. This will complete the world quest and also unlock the Empty Soul achievement.
No. 4. Physician's Odyssey
Condition: find out what happened to Yasumoto.
To unlock Doctor's Odyssey, you first need to complete the World Quest "Treatment on the island". When finished, place the naku herb in the bamboo basket near Yasumoto's house. The next day (Real Life Day), an Exquisite Chest will appear in front of the house.
Repeat this process for three days. On the last day, you won't find any chest outside of Yasumoto's house and the Naku herb will still be in the basket. Interact with the cart and a dialogue will prompt you to use elemental vision to track the owner. Use your sight and it will lead you to three apothecary's notebooks. Collecting three pharmacist's notebooks unlocks Doctor's Odyssey. Notepads will give you the location of the deluxe chest.
No. 5. Thank you and come back

No. 6. Second bloom
Condition: receive Hanayama Kaoru's gift.
You need to get a bag from the chest for shells and take it to Hanayama Kaoru (NPC appears only after completing the quest chain "Tales from Tatara")
The achievement is given on the third day of visiting Kaworu.
No. 7. Samurai Gourmet
Note: Awarded for completing the world quest "Omnivorous gourmets: the importance of proper nutrition". But it got into the list of daily tasks because of the need to complete them.
Order of opening tasks:
1 World Omnivorous gourmets!
World 2 Omnivorous gourmets: coastal hermits.
World 3 Omnivorous gourmets: deep divers.

Given during the completion of the world quest: "Invitation from Yae Publishing House«

Achievement unlocks upon completion tasks of the world "Farmer's Treasures" .
No. 4. Between knot and anvil
Condition: find out who Zhen Yu really is.

No. 5. Oh humanity!
Condition: become a witness to the fate of the samurai.
